Lots of people sell their sled at about 8000 km because they don't wanna pay a mechanic for a top end rebuild on a 2 stroke. If you can't do something like that yourself just get a 4 stroke.
Your totally right, 2 strokes are fun and easy to work on once you know your way around them, but for just plug in your key and go for kms on end of trail riding 4 stroke is the way to go.
