Dr. Kopelman, I was grateful to stumble upon this video that featured the Surgeon who I would meet just 1 week later. Based on what you all discussed here, I had very few questions when I met Dr. O'Daniel in person. And now I feel very blessed to be on his schedule. It's something you feel in your tummy when you know you will be safe and in good hands. Now comes the scary part!
That is why I do these interviews. I want patients to feel they get the best insights about plastic surgery and hair transplants here on this channel. Thank you for supporting our channel!
This is gold. Was disappointed when you cut him off when he was about to explain his technique for gliding lip lift. Please do another one with him for this. ❤
Yes, I too was disappointed when he interrupted him to ask a question or make a comment when the other Dr was excited explaining his technique. He never did get back to it. I feel I was left on a cliffhanger. I’m still very grateful for this interview. Thank you Dr Kopelman.
I would like to see the actual surgery involved in these most fascinating discussions. The genius of plastic surgery never ceases to amaze, along with these scientific advances .
24:00 I just had a gliding browlift done 2 months ago. On the topic of bunching. You do get bunching, and if you are like me the area will swell and can look strange when going out in public. I still have to wear a tight ponytail two months out to look “normal.” The long recovery is something to consider for those considering this procedure.
Dr Kopelman your videos are so informative - citation of peer reviewed articles, mention of pioneers of the technique, possible complications (even your own) - one of these best plastic surgery channels available for both surgical trainees and patients. Bravo.
Dear Dr. Kopelman, thank you so much for putting out this fascinating lesson! Very informative and hopeful. So good to know! Kindly, from a non-professional audience in Europe;-)
Thank you very much for the detailed information!!! I have heard about this new method in the area of facelift and neck lift. I just can't imagine what happens to the excess skin if it is not removed? Doesn't it slip back after a while like with a thread lift?
Thanks for your very informative video. What is your opinion on the GlideLift facelift (not the glide brow lift though it's a similar concept)? Dr. Sozer is doing the GlideLift facelift and was one of the doctors you mentioned in your glide brow lift video. Thanks.
In 1990 my friend was 24 years old and wanted her brows to be like Pamela Anderson. Her surgeon literally pulled her skin back and put 2 screws in her scalp about 3 inches past her hairline and the screws remained there. Not even sure if an incision was made
That just doesn't even sound human. I know they make like boulders or keys with the endoscopic that hooks and dissolves. I had the endoscopic and I didn't think to ask how this is done. I feel the bumps but it doesn't feel like anything planted
To ensure your surgeon in France is the right fit for your brow lift, I recommend verifying their board certification, asking about their experience with the procedure, and reviewing before and after photos of their work. During your consultation, ask detailed questions about their technique and any potential risks. If you’re looking for more options, I’d be happy to see you as a patient-you can always fly in from France for a consultation and surgery. I’ve been an expert in brow lifts for over 35 years and have helped many international patients achieve their desired results. I always start with virtual appointments for international patients. You can book an appointment my site drkopelman.com and even if you don't come to me, I will help you find someone local that I would trust.
@@drkopelman Thank you very much for your feedback and clarification; I appreciate it. I will consider the best and most practical solution for me and will inform you accordingly. Once again, thank you. Best regards, Laurence.
Sorry this doesn't make sense. Once the skin relaxes it will go back to its original State. Similar to simply taping skin upward with tape, it will stay that way for about 10 minutes
Thank gosh we don’t make a living on UA-cam 🙂. We just have fun educating the general public so they can make the best informed decisions about plastic surgery procedures.

@@drkopelman I find it very generous of you to share other surgeons. Very few other surgeons have the courage to do this

I am sorry but we ran out of time to discuss a gliding lip lift but maybe in the future!
@@drkopelman yes please 🙏🏻 I think it would be very popular.

WoW! This method, one mastered, additionally promises tremendous positive impact in other surgical areas. Good on you. True healers.

I will be sharing the journey of a patient who gets a gliding browlift this year :)
Thank you doctor. I will be watching.

Omg I’m getting it done in September and planing to go back to work after two weeks!!!
This is the best podcast on plastic surgery because you’re always upgrading your technique
Thanks for your continued interest

Best videos clearly explained and authentic.
I was incredibly happy to come across this video. Really informative & good to see the Surgeon has examples of his work on his website
Glad you enjoyed it!

No the repositioned skin and soft tissue remain elevated
Great podcast, very informative and enjoyable too.
Thanks for listening

You guys are amazing
Thank you! Happy you enjoyed our conversation about the latest advancements in browlifts
How come Dr O’Daniel doesn’t look anything like the doctor on his website? Is it the same guy?
Thank you for the video, very informative
Glad it was helpful!
What exactly is a "mini brow lift" and how does it compar to what you've discussed here. Thanks gentlemen!
Mini- browlift probably won't give you a sustained improvement.A gliding browlift and endoscopic browlift will probably last longer
so where is the operation? Like before and after.
Exactly
I would really like to see some examples of this surgeons face , brow, and lip lifts.
you can look at his website
This would only work if the sutures were left in permanently, right?
No, the suture are removed in 36 to 48 hours later.
thank you, very informative
Glad it was helpful!

Any surgeons in Australia that use this method please??
How can I ensure that the surgeon follows this procedure and possesses the required level of knowledge? I am in France.

Can anyone please help with the names of dokter who do this surgery in Belgium couldn't get the spelling right
Patrick Tonnard
Thanks ❤
Would you please share his contact?
Pretty sure this was satire
Id rather just have a thin white scar on my forehead and just have skin and muscle removed and sutured up
Yeah of course the brows fall back down if no skin is removed! Suture without cutting is not going to work once the sutures are removed. 😮
Not true. The repositioned soft tissue remains elevated
Sorry this doesn't make sense. Once the skin relaxes it will go back to its original State. Similar to simply taping skin upward with tape, it will stay that way for about 10 minutes
It should work and stay longer than just tapping because, both needle injury and absorbable suture would induce new collagen.
Kentucky, Tennessee what’s the diff? kidding ❤
Dr. Kopelman thinks this guy's ideas are a little wacky 😂
No I don't I think these are fascinating new techniques
We have a saying in the medical community, a talker is looser. Because good surgeons are too busy to make a living by youtube
