You don’t really need a separate plug-in. Select the item you want to quantize and hit “D” to open the dynamic split window. The dotted blue lines mark your transient splits - adjust the sensitivity (and maybe threshold) to mark what you prefer. Click “split”. Select all if they aren’t already. Then in the action menu, you can select the “quantize item positions to grid” (a lot of people also set this as a keyboard shortcut). Adjust settings as you want and then click “Process”. Done!
