ive been doing the 5 minute arms and the 5 minute abs workouts for a week and a half and I already see MAJOR results in strength wow!!!

Long time no see, Casey! I used to workout with you 2 years ago and continued for a year. I did lost 7 kg and maintain it for a few months. But I haven't been maintaining healthy lifestyle at all. I face many tough situations last year and now I've gained back 8 kg... No matter how academically successful I have become, I couldn't help but feel disatisfied with my current body. I just finished this workout and I loved it !!! The moves were so beautiful and peaceful I honestly didn't feel like I was working out, if anything I felt really happy and like a ballerina! I don't mean this didn't challenge my core, because it did !!! My obliques are tingling right now 😂😱
this is fun! BTW I just wanted to share that I'm studying for finals (it's a LOT of material) and my head starts to hurt from all that but today is the second time that your workouts actually cure my headache. I'm sure there is a scientific explanation for that but thank you, thank you so much.

What an amazing workout! I couldn't thank you enough Cassie. Your workouts are the only ones that truly motivate me to exercise. On a side note,I think a quick burn lower ab workout would be a perfect sequel in this series :) That part of my body is one of the weakest points I have yet to strengthen.

Question: did you start off with the beginner calander or just go straight into her monthly calanders? I get bored with the beginner ones but the monthly workouts are super challenging so I get frustrated a lot.
+Akemi Asuna I did the first 7 days of the beginners, then June started and I decided to not do the 8th day and just go straight into this months calendar. It's super difficult but it's do-able!

Good exercise. Side seals felt good to do. I like your enthusiam and motivation. I'm short on time lately and this exercise was quick and effective. I'll be watching/doing more of your exercises.

that seal sound got me but actually i'm just so impressed about how strong cassey's arms are.
i love all the moves! unfortunately my wrists hurt after the heart planker, and took too long to recover. the wrist rolling afterwards didn't help. so, i used my whole lower arms (like in the hip twist). no more injury, only real pain from workedout muscles! only in my 2nd week and i'm already faster & stronger!
That last seal move took me way back to when I first started pilates 10 years ago!

I've been living for these videos! I was wondering, do you have any workout moves that you could do for your abs while standing? My house has all hard wood flooring and even with a yoga matt, it's a bit annoying on my back and knees. Thanks for all these awesome videos!
