Hi! Wow! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use ankle weights or dumbbell but still could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up as my body got exhausted badly, so my MIL told me to lie down and rest. My MIL, has been doing Cassey's all workouts regularly for many years, did all 4 rounds! She have those bricks in her front stomach and bricks in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated :(
I know a lot of the attention has been on chloe ting and natacha oceane etc but Cassey has always been my go to bc her workouts just work for me and not just that but her energy is so motivating. I’ve done a couple of chloe tings workouts but I’m taking a break to do her next months calendar cuz I remembered how much I love her lol. You’re amazing cassey!!! 💗💗💗💗
For some reason this one felt extra hard for me today. But instead of beating myself up for feeling weaker, I'm just even more proud of myself for rolling out my mat and doing this great workout. Our bodies won't be exactly the same from day to day and that is perfectly fine!

If you’re like me and can only do this once, then just do it once. I did it once this morning, and I couldn’t go on. It’s now afternoon, and I did it again. I’m going to try and do it one more time today, maybe in the evening. I’m telling myself this “Don’t feel discouraged if you can’t do it four times without stopping. Do it as much as you can, but always push yourself further each time you do it. And you’ll get stronger.” And one day, I’ll be able to do it four times through. Can’t wait for that day!!
January was not good for me...I "broke" all my resolutions. But in my mind, resolutions aren't something you just "break" and then completely give up on; they're things you work on the whole year. So I'm going to make February my month to begin earnestly working on my resolutions :)
So I had a rough day today, and I was feeling pretty down tonight. I was going to skip my workout, but then I decided to go ahead and do it. And you know, I felt so much better after doing this workout! Feeling the strength I have gained from these workouts gave me confidence and made me feel like I'm strong enough to face anything! OK GUYS I have a short story to tell ya'll. There was a girl last July who had been doing a different workout program, but didn't feel "at home" in that program. She hated getting up and doing the workouts. She wasn't very motivated at all. Then in the last week of July, she found Blogilates. She started doing the daily calendar workouts and felt so proud of herself when she finished the videos. She loved waking up at 6am before school and doing the workouts. It also helped her feel happy AT school! She absolutely loved it. She once came across this video, in August I think. She remembered that she felt shocked when Cassey said "do this four times." She couldn't do it four times. Then she went into the comments and found out there were a lot of girls like her who couldn't do it four times. She wrote a comment saying "I couldn't do it four times" just like many others.So she felt content. Then this morning, she realized that she had to do this same video, four times, the calendar said. She was scared. She didn't think she could do it four times.But she wanted to see if she improved. So she did it once. She said, "I'm going to do it twice." So she did it twice. Then she said, "I think I can do it three times." And she cut herself slack if she had to stop for a breather and then continue. And then, after the third round, the video automatically repeated itself, so she told herself, "I guess I have to do it four times now." And she did it. And YOU can too. Yeah, this girl is me. Honestly, I was the most unathletic girl in my class, and in my friend group. But I shaped up. Its just a process called "getting stronger." I couldn't even do this ONCE last month. Yes, this video, I couldn't do it ONCE. But today, I did it four times. And I got stronger. Don't give up. If I could get stronger, YOU CAN TOOOOOOOOOOOO
I am so glad that I discovered PIIT! This one was super difficult for me as I had to do lots of modifications in the third and fourth round! However, I am already noticing that I find things like planks and hip twists easier and these used to be my work out nemeses! Thank you for being there and creating these work outs!

I tried this video when you first posted it and could barely do the moves or keep up. I've been working out every other day since then and was able to do this video all the way through! I've been on my fitness journey for about 6 weeks now and am already seeing results! I'm stronger and can see changes in my body! Thanks for your workouts Cassey!

I just finished the Beginners Calendar Saturday and had my day of rest! Don't know how much weight I lost yet, but I've definitely started slimming down. Now I'm moving on to the monthly calendars! I can't wait to continue this journey with you Cassey and I want to say thank you for the motivation and encouragement that you not only give me, but to anyone that does these workouts! 😊

I really want to thank you Cassey!! I suffered from a really bad hip injury,and as a figure skater and a hockey lover , it slowed me down a lot. To the point I had to stop skating. The heavy breaths are oddly motivating, seeing people hide their tiredness makes it seem easy for them which makes it less appealing to me because I feel waaaay more out if shape than I am haha Love these videos!❤️

Following these calendars made me realise that the sit ups i did before actually working out worked and that my abs were my strongest part! Im actually really proud
quick advice (from experience, lol), if you are just beginning blogilates and struggling with these exercises, go to her beginning videos and then work up to these videos. Don't give up, trust me you can do it.:-) ♥

Hey Cassey! It'd be really cool if you did like a series of classes teaching the basis of Pilates and fitness and health to high schools and/or colleges near your area. Obviously I don't know if they'd allow you to but I think it's an interesting idea to look into. I figure you can inspire these young students to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
I've been doing your exercises for 2 years now and they never showed me results as fast as other, I really love your workout videos because they are ALIVE and they make me smile but I'm don't know if they help me lose weight, please some one tell me something different so that I can start this woman's workouts again

This is an exceptionally normal workout for me. I am a dancer so this stuff is slightly easier than my workout. In my workout, I do lots of crunches, pushups, running, and dancing obviously. I don't usually do these types of excersizes so it's nice to try something different. I like these types of workouts. I just might subscribe.

before when i try any workout and i fail to do something i would just stop...now im trying to just go with it fail one move just move on....can't do it 3 more time just do it the one time....trying to take one tiny step at a time cos that is better than not taking anything step at all right?

Hi! Wow! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use ankle weights or dumbbell but still could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up as my body got exhausted badly, so my MIL told me to lie down and rest. My MIL, has been doing Cassey's all workouts regularly for many years, did all 4 rounds! She have those bricks in her front stomach and bricks in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated :(

Hey Cassey! It'd be really cool if you did like a series of classes teaching the basis of Pilates and fitness and health to high schools and/or colleges near your area. Obviously I don't know if they'd allow you to but I think it's an interesting idea to look into. I figure you can inspire these young students to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
I've been doing your exercises for 2 years now and they never showed me results as fast as other, I really love your workout videos because they are ALIVE and they make me smile but I'm don't know if they help me lose weight, please some one tell me something different so that I can start this woman's workouts again

Tried my hardest to make it through the first round without stopping! Slowly but surely I’ll be able to do this 4x in a row no breaks !

I know this is old but Cassey inspires me. To be stronger inside and out and to try and love myself in the skin I'm in.

This is an exceptionally normal workout for me. I am a dancer so this stuff is slightly easier than my workout. In my workout, I do lots of crunches, pushups, running, and dancing obviously. I don't usually do these types of excersizes so it's nice to try something different. I like these types of workouts. I just might subscribe.
