    Excellent video. Several thoughts
    1. Don't expect to create a culture unless your employees are working in the office. Creating a great culture for work from home (WFH) employees is extremely difficult.
    2. You should have a cool office place. Kitchen, modern and fun. You can't create a culture with an outdated office setting.
    3. You need to have a successful company that is well respected. If you company is struggling and is getting bashed by customers, you will never be able to create a positive culture.
    4. You must provide your employees with great benefits and high compensation. You are fooling yourself to believe employees only care about the company mission to dedicate themselves.
    5. You need to hire carefully and fire bad toxic employees quickly.
    6. You need to develop your stronger employees by giving them more responsibilities and cool projects to work on. Don't ever expect a great employee will progress without the company manager/owners molding. Monitor their work, set goals for them and provide them with regular feedback..
    7. You need to be present at your company. If you are trying to manage your employees remotely and not showing up to the office everyday, you are not leading by example.

Thank you for your insight! These are all great points, and really expand on what I talked about in the video.
