I have purchased many plans online. This is the first set of plans that went together without a hitch. Every measurement was exact and the desk is coming along fine. I just acquired some black walnut that will be used for the top. It has to acclimate in my shop for awhile. Well worth the money.

I bought your plans for this desk about a year ago and just had the opportunity to build it. I built two! One for my grandson and one for my granddaughter. It went rather smoothly, although I did have a couple hiccups along the way. I was able to find a local mill works shop to get my cherry. After my glue up of the tops I took them back and had them sand them on their 36” sander for $20.00. The desks turned out great and the kids love them. Perfect for the at home schooling. Thanks for the awesome plans. Love your channel!

I like how you show all the steps to making these things and explain most of them, and leave the rest to the imagination so that we can personalise our pieces. Also much nicer to watch 10-15 minute videos instead of 2 hour long ones :p

Thank you for the plans, I built this with a few modifications for my daughter and she loves it!
As a seasoned woodworker, this is a fine effort. I seldom use pocket screws, but they do hold well.
Love that cherry top with the white cabinet!
I wasnt sure at first with both painted and stained on one piece, but watching till the end, absolutely beautiful. Love the cherry top

Love that drawer front attachment method, so much better than what I did last time! That chamfer detail is money too. I've seen a lot of Walnut with white bases,but this cherry is growing on me. Great project

As a very much beginner at wood working, this is amazing. Hoping to build something like that one day, but really afraid to begin and ruin a whole bunch of materials, etc, plus I have very limited space and tools.

The best way to trim edge banding is get a 13$ hand plane from home depot and take the blade out. Use that. Run it flat with the surface and makes it awesome. I use it so much I weld a bolt onto the top as a handle.
