      I haven’t tried it yet, but would think the forced hot air would encourage it to rise higher.

      The 375 convection and time adjustment is an excellent idea. Not silly at all.

      Due to marketing practices and the relative ignorance of most people, this is true.

      The REAL name for a "convection oven" should be "forced-air convection oven" because it has a fan in it.
      However, "forced air convection oven" doesn't sound "sexy"nor does it roll off of the tongue, quite as easily, so, therefore, it is referred to as a "convection oven"- PERIOD!

      If you want to turn your "regular oven" into a "convection oven" RIGHT NOW, all you need are two implements, that are a tiny *fraction* of the cost of a "forced air convection oven".
      The comparison of the above is like putting pennies against a hundred dollar bill!
