thank you for reminding me of alternate nostril breathing! i remember practicing it a couple of years ago when my anxiety was so intense, it felt all-consuming. i'm in a better place mentally now, but doing this technique again left me feeling grateful for managing to survive those challenging times and being here today
19h43 on my side and just finished day 9. Getting more exciting with each day and so grateful. I will be traveling along our garden route tomorrow which is just breathtaking and will be taking my yoga mat with to continue my class. Thank you so much for your kindness Charlie. I've done a lot of yoga challenges but this one is already my favorite. My posture already feels better. I have a stronger sense of my mind body junction. I love the time frames. It makes it easier to find the time if it's only 20 mins. Plus I love how you work in those relaxing days.
Focusing on alignment, breathing, placement and your body makes the practice so fulfilling. Your guidance through every step makes me feel I am doing well and my body is benefitting more as it is in the correct position and not just clunking around following pose queues. Well done Charlie 🎉🙏🏻

Also, I have to say that the views on this videos look a lot like the place where I grew up, which makes me feel at home. I try not to get overwhelmed by what the future of my commitment looks like post this 30 day challenge, but I remember to just take it one day at a time. Also! I took my first in person class this morning and was surprised by how much I knew from learning from the past 8 days with you Charlie! I was proud of myself to keeping up with the regulars in the class and finishing a 60 min Vinyasa practice. I appreciate this more than you know! See you tomorrow Charlie.

I’ve been practicing yoga routinely for 5 years and have practiced with you for over 2… I’m recovering from foot surgery and this beginner challenge came at the right time! Today’s practice with focus on breathing including nostril breathing was just what I needed! Thank you for your exceptional classes!
For decades I've taken mobility classes and the yoga classes offered through various martial arts centers (though not flexibility focused arts like tae kwon do seems to be), and discussed with my various instructors and trainers my mobility challenges when it comes to opening up the hips, and today's routine showed me some stretches which are worlds more effective than any of the other postures I've seen. As a 300 lbs guy, I think part of my challenge is that I am usually fighting against the stretches to ensure I don't fall into an injuring position, however, these postures set me up to support my weight while really lengthening the stretches. Great program, thanks for your effort and dedication!

Wow!!! It was my first time doing the nostril breathing and I've never felt my nostrils so open. Wow!! It just feels so much easier to breathe now. I wasn't aware my nostrils weren't open enough.
Phew this one was so much harder for some reason! Arms are tired today. One handed/one legged tables were burning! But I'm glad I followed through. Day 10 tomorrow baby, let's go!
