Since I started taking Nattokinase (maybe month and a half) my resting heart rate is 49-54
my blood pressure is 108/67. A lady friend is having the same results. Very impressed.

I was on statins with apixaban and ramipril and propranolol for 3 years and continued to have mini stroke symptoms of vision loss in the right eye that would last 2 to 3 minutes. I developed a headache that wouldn't go away 24/7. I finally threw the statins in the garbage when I checked my blood work. My HDL dropped almost to zero and the LDL tripled. I have started taking 12,000 fu of Nattokinase/day and only 20mg. of propranolol for my tremor. I felt like hell the first 3 days getting off the apixaban and ramipril. But when I woke up this morning I feel great my blood pressure is almost perfect. I haven't had 1 stroke symptom in 3 days where I was getting them 2 to 3 times a day. I told my doctor what I was wanting to try and right off he was against me trying it but also didn't know what Nattokinase was, what a QUACK straight out of med school and too stupid to look it up. I just got a full blood work done today and am going to get in 6 months another blood work done to compare them. If there is improvement then go another 6 months and then present that to the doctor and my heart specialist. both of whom say it's a sham. I just hope that I can prove them wrong. I'm 67 years old and my hobby is sciencing out drugs right back to who invented them. I love the look on doctors faces when they realize that I know more about a drug than they do.

@@philleggitt3005 Glad to hear that you're having progress on healing. What really bugs me is that most Big Pharma drugs are derived from natural agents. Then they concoct a chemical drug that mimics the natural one. Then doctors push the unnatural drugs and try to say the natural ones are a sham. I know GP. have their place but they should know the natural form of drugs they push, so the public have a choice. Medical schools should be made to teach where the drugs come from because alot of people can't take the Pharma drugs but can take the natural drugs, like myself.

One doctor didn't know of it and didn't care, insisting that it was garbage and that I needed to listen to him. And three claimed to know something about it (primarily that it was largely ineffective), that I could feel free to take it, but I was also strongly advised to started adding a fair few drugs to my diet. Lumbrokinase is 300x more powerful than nattokinase.
Only one brand of Lumbro has been proven to work (can’t remember it’s name).

I'm a little confused on why this information was given if it goes against already taking medication for blood clots. This sounds like something much better than blood thinners. I'm currently taking eliquis for a blood clot and I've been taking it for roughly 5 months with one more month to go before I'm rechecked for blood clots. I hate taking blood thinners and have been studying on my own everyday on ways to reduce the blood clot naturally. I will look for the into this.

Nattokinase is not made from soy itself but is derived from the fermentation process of soybeans. However, there could still be residual soy proteins in the supplement. So always check the ingredients, and go for brands that state that their product is soy-free. There are also other alternatives such as Lumbrokinase, we made a video on that as well, maybe that will be a more suitable option for you :)

You may have shocked your system by taking that much right off. If you did your blood pressure would go up by stressing your body. You have to find an equilibrium of what works for yourself, everyone is different. I hope this helps.

This is not a good study. This population was not followed closely. They did take Nattokinase, but at the same time this study does not account for anything else they may have been taking, eating, or doing. Because they don't know. They've no idea what drugs, what blood pressure meds, what blood thinners, what diets they ate. what amount of exercise they got. They know nothing about these people aside from the fact they all also took Nattokinase..

Maybe eating Natto stopped you eating whatever was causing the clots or maybe counteracted other poison in your system.
But long term this will have a very negative effect on your health. All plants are toxic to humans, especially when consumed. Best to illuminate all plant food from your diet.
