Hi Trish, Happy Monday! Thank you for this great strict strength workout! Wow, this one got the heart rate up and I love the couplets! Thank you! I love starting my day with exercise. It really wakes me up and gets me ready for my day. We had a nice weekend. We did lots of yard work on Saturday, and Sunday was grocery shopping and some cooking for the week. @lorifl9 Happy Monday Lori! This strength workout really did get the heart rate up ❤️ I find that the couplet strength workouts often feel this way as we come back to the first exercise very quickly. I am like you, I just love getting my body moving first thing in the morning even if it is a quick walk up and down to the school. We had a relaxing weekend visiting family. I actually went over to see my mom on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I didn't get much housework done though so I will have a lot to catch up on this week 😝 The weather here has turned quite cold today. It's time for the hats and scarves to get an airing again! Hi!! I loved this workout because it included some of the exercises I need to do for my hips! I told this therapist that I do the balance, pendulum and squats with your class!
