honestly I consider the Willy game non-canon as far as things went the first time around, and the third?

I would hope so. Because as I recall after the first two games, DAH pretty much crashed and burned. Which is a shame because again the first 2 were so great and fun. I'm hoping they continue the series in a different direction and make better proper sequels (and yes, with Natalya as the co-op instead of a damn "Big Boy" parody).

I will say, I prefer Path of the Furon's take on Natalya's send off, SLIGHTLY better. Since at least Crypto misses her this time, it seems out of character for him to ditch her like that in Big Willy.
There both bad, ones just slightly less worse.

I like how PotF acts like Big Willy didn’t happen. That game was so inconsistent that it shouldn’t be remade unless they completely rework the entire story to make it click correctly. Crypto in that game acted more like 137 then he did 138.

Correct, tho if they remade PotF, a Big Willy control mode might be nice to bring over, if less destructive. Sorta best of both worlds. (Also it's 137, PotF retcons 138)

If we got a new Destroy all Humans and it doesn't have Natalya as a big important character. Then they're missing out on a big crowd pleaser.
I hope they skip making big Willy and avoid mentioning it as to not make it canon. I like the idea of Crypto loving Natalya and mourning not being able to have her around, gives him more depth and layers as a character rather than making him some deadbeat horny asshole.
Crypto and Natalya are such a power couple, apparently this game isn't really canon, so hopefully we get more of the real 138 and Natalya

Only good things about Big Willy were the zombie gun, the mech, and the invasion boxes that spawned an army of Furons.

I really didn’t like that they brought Natalia back- she died in the previous game and actually may have been what had Crypto wreck his UFO- and maybe why it was so damaged.
Heck even Ortho seemed a bit sad too.

I hope Destroy All Humans 3 takes its own path; especially since they changed Natalya in the ending. I have nothing against Big Willy or Path of The Furon. But they just didn’t have the same charm as 1 and 2 to me at least…

I just looked into it, and we don't even know when Path of Furon even takes place. It says 1970's, and no particular year either. As for the amount of time it's been since her cloning, the 2nd game took place in 1969, and Big Willy was set in 1975... That means that not only their child is only (if we count it as early as possible in a logical matter that isn't even explained) 5 years old, but this is over Natalya's actual lifespan they CLAIMED to be *4* years......... Did I ever mention that Big Willy Unleashed is only about 9 months older than Path of Furon release wise?...

@@frankyhorn2475 Cash grab likely. Motion controls were HUGE back then, and Sony went on that train only after the Wii's success. It's likely they wanted to cash in on it as soon as possible.
