The graphics on the original were pretty great though; I've never seen anything rendered better than Crypto's shiny, reflective black eyes with the hint of red from the PS2, even in this decade of 4K High Definition mega-budget CGI; nothing made by a computer has ever come close to looking that good. The only things that sucked were all the other models, the humans had so many reused models, they were all pretty much a bunch of polygons, the human designs were amazing in the concept art, they looked like the sketches of George Bridgman, Andrew Loomis, Lynette Ross and Norman Rockwell, so kind of realistic but with subtle 50s aesthetics, and the models were all perfectly proportioned, but they could only afford crappy polygons and flat textures. Best models in the game without a doubt were Pox, Crypto and Silhouette (without gas mask and trench coat, aside from her creepy polygonal lobster claw-looking hands), the most detailed, most polished, most polygons and probably the most taxing on the software, explains why two of them have limited screentime and animations.

This was an amazing game, I don't care what anyone says. Of course it's not as good as the first two, but I actually prefer it over Path of the Furon for many reasons. Also it was just another chance to mess around as Crypto and destroy everything. That alone is worth it. Also the premise was amazing, and fit the DAH universe well. Nothings more fucked up than murdering humans, sucking out their brain stems, then turning them into hotdogs to feed to other humans. Great idea, if only it had better execution. If Pandemic made a DAH3 with the same general plot, it probably would've been another smashing success.

First time i ever played this was when i was at least 9 or 10, I'm older now and understand every reference. I still have this game in my room this very moment, I'll never sell it its one of my favorites. I grew up on this series and loved every moment of it. I miss those times!

I played when I had a Nintendo bro I never beat it cause I was young and I didn’t know how to play and I kept dying to that big statue dude brings back good memories
I can see why it gets the hate, but I felt it was a decent little one-shot. It's a fair bit goofier, and the graphics are a step-down, but the characters are "in-character", you barely notice the replacement VAs (save for Pox being unusually quiet). I still had a good time. I watched it while eating food, an honor most Netflix shows don't enjoy. At least from me
