7 ingredients strong! Cauliflower Pasta w Garlic Breadcrumbs

- We are going very strong today with only 7 ingredients!
For 4 portions
- 400 grams cauliflower chopped
- few handfulls of breadcrumbs
- 1 onion chopped in rings
- 5 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
- 400 ml of milk (i used almond milk)
- 400 gram spaghetti
- 100 grams chedder cheese
Toast some chopped up bread untill dry and crispy.
Then grind the bread as fine as you can
Fry the bread and 2 garlic (+ cauliflower leaves!) in 3 tbsp of olive oil
After 10-20 min it should be done
Cook the cauliflower in the milk.
Directly add the onion, remaining garlic with a pinch of salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Cover the pot halfway so that you don't overboil !!
Mean while cook spaghetti al dente.
When the cauliflower is done, add it to a blender with the chedder and blitz for a minute.
Add the sauce to the spaghetti, top of with the breadcrumbs and that is done. - Розваги
kudos for using plant-based milk. as a vegan I guess I'd replace the cheddar with nutritional yeast
