Jeb's Studio Good Afternoon. If I'm not mistaken He is from London... Could you confirm that please? I was looking for them long time ago but the previous boxing gym just closed... Where can I find them now? Could you tell me please? Thank you in advance.
@@AB-ro3fu If you can handle the effort, after a few weeks you'll start looking down at most, and up at others. If I could do it again, I would have insisted that my sons do a combat sport while in middle school. It's good to know that if it gets to that last level, you can defend yourself, or that you need to run, and run away fast.
Oh man...watching this man brings back SO many memories of my dad teaching me the fundamentals when I was 12-13 years old. When you know a little about boxing and see a man who moves like this you just KNOW. There is NO doubt he's the REAL DEAL, that he's been doing it forever, and he can teach this stuff in his sleep! He also seems like a heck of a guy I'd love to meet and train with!
Milton's gonna be a right human weapon in the next year or two yeah.... Solid fundamentals, and good boxing instruction for those setting out, to be sure One of the truly amazing things about this journey of the warrior is that one is still learning and re-learning, and can still gain insights at any and every point along the way: indefinitely. Big respect to all of the brothers and sisters on this path in life. Walk in peace. Onward and upward.
Awesome and well seasoned old school coach that you can always trust to tell you like it is, they don't make them like that anymore..GREAT VIDEO, Please keep them coming,
Yah. to hell with the numbers game. I like how he slaps him with the mitt if he drops his guard and keeps him moving. That guy he's working with could be a good a boxer someday. Good work
Great trainer! He gets so much information in and states it clearly and creatively. Still, I can't help but wonder how many times he had to yell, "stop trying to be Ali, you're gonna get yourself killed" (people tend to hold their hands low in a pointless attempt to be like Ali)
Fundamentals: 1. 0:46 Left foot out front the length of a normal step, left shoulder out front, knees slightly bent 2. 1:56 elbows in front of the body, hard stuff in front of the soft stuff, (common sense) 3. 2:08 Hands in front of your head nose level. 4. 2:56 Throw Punches straight out straight back.
And that's why Floyd uses the shell. It eliminates the guesswork as to where his opponent will likely target. Based on his opponent's foot position, by the 3rd round he usually knows where the opponent is targeting.
Nice to see a coach who doesn't hold the mitts like a D-Bag. I hate those people who slam the mitt into my hands. It serves no purpose other then to almost break my wrist during hooks and uppercuts, and end my day with bruised knuckles.
Well, the idea is for you to punch the mitts, not for the mitt to punch your fists. I've worked with people, and I see lots of coaches slam people's fists so hard, that the person does not even have to move their hands, and mitts will come to them. That's stupid and dangerous, and yet it is super popular.
His training method pretty much exactly like the way Russ Anber,he even demonstrates the same techniques and the way he holds the pads is exactly the way Russ explains it
Valid point indeed lad. It is good for a fighter to bear in mind too, that sometimes ya can just leave it up for a moment, like 'twas a mistake, and then straight wipe the grin right off their face n all too, yeah.. As in, the need for boxers and fighters to always remain aware of tricks and set-ups too...But tucking the chin is certainly a good idea indeed; to be sure...
He used to be my coach then I moved and was so mad this man is the most amazing man you will ever meet I just training with him just last summer

@@AB-ro3fu still on it. Never had to raise the fists, but was told:"Nobody wants to mess with you".

"Its really hard but lets just do it" love that mentality. Thats some gritty oldschool throwback shit. Love it!

His coaching alone is super impressive, but being able to coach like that and still talk to an audience on camera is extremely impressive.
Simple and effective way i like it he is not complicating things
Great coach man! Reminds me of my coach’s Tommy Smalls Sr., and son Tommy Smalls Jr.🥺🏆💭😍

That is really awesome it's really helped I would to see more videos thanks a lot

Very clear
Thanks a lot for that !
You can see the difference in speed of the jab when he keeps his elbow tight vs when it slips outside
Way better than my boxing coach from many moons ago. At the same time, he was stretched way too thin.
Yeah! Love it
Nice. What is the mitt work out for body punching .
Nice to see a coach who doesn't hold the mitts like a D-Bag.
I hate those people who slam the mitt into my hands. It serves no purpose other then to almost break my wrist during hooks and uppercuts, and end my day with bruised knuckles.
Fish Zom i kinda dont agree with yoi

Fish Zom ah i see
Nice and light don't hurt my hand
Protect that eye, kid!

For a beginner, that guy is really good
No, I thought the opposite, no natural talent there
Good video, he forgot one thing though you gotta keep your chin down!
Valid point indeed lad.

The Best Fighters tend to retain the simplest Fundamentals. Keep an eye on lots of Mexican Boxers.
When this guy’s talking you better be listening!!!
