    FYI, Unrefined is scented. Helpful tip, instead of using cups turn this into percentages for more accurate measurements. Also vitamin E should be added in the cool down phase 😉

    Thank you for sharing, love to watch small businesses do this. Me and my sister and mom are opening up our body butter business and I have a few formulas I'm testing and so far so good! But I still love and appreciate seeing other people like you do it. It's so fun and pleasing to the eye, not to mention great for the skin. The best part I feel so calm and happy doing this. Much love and successful wishes from me to you!

      It does but you can always mask it by adding more fragrance. I didn’t because I didn’t need it to be too overpowering and also wanted the natural smell to pop out a bit. Some people are sensitive to overpowering fragrance

    Hey beautiful, do I need to have my own license to sell my own body butter. Like if I were to sell in my state or nation wide?

      @JessieSimilien  2 роки тому

      First starting out I do not recommend unless you TRULY know selling body is a career you want to pursue. If so, then definitely it protects you in the long run. Just do a bit more research on that.

    I tried making the body butter but when I was piping the butter immediately started to melt. Could this be because of the coconut oil? Any help? Thank you 🥺

    • @queena588
      @queena588 3 роки тому +4

      Yes it could be, use thicker and hard bases( cocoa butter, shea butter, beeswax). Do not add as much oil like she did. Especially if you're planning to sell because it'll melt by the time it gets to the customer.

      I tend to ship my orders at the beginning of the week to avoid them staying over the weekend in a hot warehouse. I also recommend that my customers chose 1-2 day shipping at checkout
