Are you using hobb switch or solid state relay for secondary fuel pump.

I've gone through the wires 10 times and reef connected them still can't get the laptop to recognize the reflex have tried multiple micro USB cables

No. U only need a hobb switch to trigger your secondary fuel pump, if you are running dual fuel pumps. Or you can use the reflex to trigger the pump.
