You can put capo on 4th fret on standard tuning and strum like this: Am7 - Fmaj7 (Intro chords) and Am7 - Fmaj7 - G for the chorus. It works well for me, you just need to figure out when you want to strum those chords by watching him play :)

The chorus is Am7, Gsus4, Csus4, then toward the end of the chorus there's a Cadd9/B. Considering it's the same guitar, I'm willing to bet this song was tuned to D standard as well.
