The giant might have been better coming into the battle bare-chested. Trick the prideful red into engaging him sword to claw. Avoiding the cowardly wyrm's hit and run tactics!
A group of Drow Bandits vs Young Basilisk
Maybe have a battle between some really obscure monsters that people rarely encounter lol.
Grapple the dragon, knock prone and then ground and pound. A grounded dragon is much easier to manage
And red pup will grow to be a big boy who burns many alive
I think this is deserving of a rematch perhaps? Too many small mistakes piled up in the dragon's favor. I know youve adressed the mistakes already, but id love to see stormy get a runback. Also, bullywug vs grung would be totally sickkkkk make some new named boys to potentially go against the named goblin, or the town guards someday pleaseeeeeeeee 🥺
this one just came down to the recharge rolls.
17:27 Giant pulled the boulder from where? His butt? Probably should take 2 actions to break out a boulder. From the ground or wall.
Pretty good match. I actually thought the storm giant would take out a young red pretty easily
Great fight! Never used a red in my campaigns, id better change that.
- What is the Dragon's name, oh fair and generous DM?
- Behold, the mighty Theophilius Philipp Kenneth. TPK, for short.
Giant missed opportunity attacks and the dragon needed to make con saves on heat metal.
GIANT WAS ROBBED!!
Sibriex vs Elder Brain would be fun to see! Or maybe Acererak vs Vecna?
T-Rex vs giant ape would be sick
7:53 I didn’t see that opportunity attack by the giant.
How about the concentrations checks for heatnetal?
Great stuff keep em coming
You should have given them a bit more distance between them to even out the cr advantage
A sequel fight would be cool adult red dragon in its lair vs like 3 young giants or a giant with some hunting wolves or something
Very entertaining! ❤
