Great review mate. No nonsense and no egotistical behaviour. Good honest and informative. Really enjoyed it and subscribed. I’ve been thinking about getting one of these for ages. I don’t know what’s stopped me lol.
I bought this rifle recently ( beech stock btw) in .177. I paid 495 pounds. I have fitted a Weihrauch silencer and a Vector Veyron 4-16 x 44 FFP scope. Pellet on pellet at 25 yards with QYS or JSB exact. Love the magazine. Love the fill port on the underside. Only downside is the bolt action. It takes a bit of working to get that pellet loaded. Great rifle
Hey, you said 5 packs of pellets and shot 4, LOL. Nice gun, love the stock, that raised cheek looks perfect height for eye to scope alignment. Love it when a scope can mount low to a barrel, keeps holdover/under to a minimum, super important when you use gun for more than just poking holes in paper. Good review my friend.
Nice review Tyler really enjoyed it, yes it's a bit industrial to use, but it's accurate enough and dare I say it's one of the best in its price catagory, it's been around a while, and with good reason.. The only drawback in my opinion, as far as sales go ( from an RFD owners pov) is the 8 shot mag.. Bought out when 10 shot mags ruled the earth ( soon to be gobbled up by the more popular 14rnd + mags) nevertheless spare mags for the Rm8 are cheap enough, buy an hand full, fill em up, and get out in the field hunting, cos that's what the RM8 is made for... Super review..
Yes, the bolt is quite stiff, but the rifle shoots SO accurately, with quite a nice trigger, I can tolerate the bolt, which some say eases with use. Thanks for the review.
I had one 20 yards fine. Past that pellets go everywhere. No good for pest control past 20 yards. So me lad uses it for plinking . But a great gun for starters.. when are you going to use hades jsb you will find yourr groups will be tight

Ah thank you! It’s a fun rifle. One I’ve enjoyed. Thanks for joining! Cheers! 🍻
Great review and it's helped me as I'm looking for a new gun for my birthday.
Ah I’m so happy to hear that… when’s the big day? Happy birthday for it!
June so plenty of time.
@@iwanvanderhut4159 a few more reviews before then..... ;-)
@@tvm-reviews I'm looking forward to it.

It’s a great rifle! Can’t believe I said birch. Been saying beech all week! Oh well. At least you all fact check me haha. Thanks for watching. 🍻

Haha. You caught me!! I realised I only had 4 after I’d said it. Doh!
I had one of these for my first gun. Good bit of kit, very accurate and not fussy about pellets. Solid, well priced gun
Have to say I really enjoyed it.
Yes, the RM8s do not seem pellet fussy at all.Thanks.
Yes bud 🎉
Here he is 🙏
Got the rm8 in synthetic stock carbine version in .177.... cracking rifle for the money and nice review 👍
Cheers!!! 🍻
Good review! Did you re zero after putting the moderator on? as that is likely to change the zero point.
We did indeed. It was blowing quite hard! But still was fun!
Good review buddy , I looked at these about a year ago but went for an ultra clx instead as didn’t want the extra weight and didn’t like the bolt
Thank you!! Think those are the two points that would turn people away. The ultra clx is lovely too!
Lead it in with bisley magnums which they love…doing well so far bud..👏👏
Thank you pal! Got some of those in the kit… will give them a blast. Cheers!! 🍻

Your shooting will be greatly improved by ditching the wobbly table.
Great review, thanks for sharing.
Working on it! Haha. Thanks dude. 👍🏻

I think it's beech, not birch.
It is!! Damnit.
Was literally tell dad it’s beech as he has a beech tree! Damn!
