Bravo! Dr. Splichal, you are a true gem! :)
i came here because of the vagus nerve reset video and I'm glad I checked the rest of the channel :D great information, thank you so much
I’ve tried a few of your Run injury free videos… I absolutely love the short foot ones… my question is do you or would you consider doing a longer video incorporating some foam rolling, short foot and short foot activation, pelvic floor activation all in one?
Your channel is great and excersises are great. I’m looking forward to spine excersises.
Thank you for all your awesome videos!
Interesting video! Will guy this a try on my front yard porch in front of my neighbors
This is precious physio.
🙏💝👣 thank you for your holistic work
Great video but could do with the close up shot.
This is great, thank you.
Una verdadera experta, didáctica y buena comunicadora.
Will this fix collapsed arches?
Would you say that your hands also sequence to your core too? And analogous things there too? "Short hand" etc
Dr. Emily,
Is short foot just a lifting upward of the arch by pressing the toes down?
Or is it also a pulling back on the toes and pressing down motion?
Thank you
Excellent.
I'm not getting any EXTRA activation of the core or tongue pallet with pressing the toes into the ground. I train my core with leg raises, but possibly my core synergy with my body is off.
This was my first time. I can barely spread my toes. They are like dead appendages. Any suggestions for how I can build more separation? Thank you.
