Thanks for this tutorial! It helped me so much, I finally did Superman from side climb but I recorded it and my legs are too low (I'm opening my chest and my body is engaging). I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or it's just my way to do Superman (because I noticed that everyone makes Superman in their way, sometimes I see people doing it and their upper hand is too high or too low) sorry if I made a mistake, English isn't my first language
There isnt just one right way for any move. There is common techniques that helps to make a move safe and logical, but all of it always adapts individually, so the more you do the move the more you search your way how to do it, tiny details can always change. Practice and consistency.
Well, your tutorials should be called superwoman as when we look at you level of muscularity, you surely look amazingly strong while staying very feminine. Your biceps, shoulder and back are at the best fitness levels.

Its different for everyone. If you dont have a background of gymnastics, ballet or something it will take longer.
For #1 I can not get my lower leg to push into the pole but my upper leg I have no problem 😭I’m starting to feel like I can’t do it
Dont push yourself too hard, sometimes its better to take a step back and return again after a while. It’ll come to you💜
