Oh my gosh, perfect timing!! I was just doing superman and all the videos on UA-cam were only showing entries and not exits. Thank you so much for this video!! Much love ❤
When I first learned this move, the instructor didn't tell me to use my free hand to grab the pole...your version is sooooo much safer (at least it feels that way, with at least one hand on the pole)! Thank you so much!
Anete is there a website which you prefer about your pole's clothes? And of course your videos are very very helpfull. I m from Greece and i really want to visit your country only for some personal lessons with you!!!!
Thank you so much for sharing, I love it! I have a question for the last transition: I already managed a similar drop with the hand that's free but I'm still afraid to do it with the upper hand, which is holding on to the pole. How can the spotter support me best if I'm afraid to let that top hand go? For example by holding my legs together if I lose my grip in between or do you have another tipp?
Well, actually there is specific techniques for the spotter to help without putting him self or you in danger. Definetely put a matt under, and let your friend hold your body ligthly while you’re trying to regrip. Just make sure the spotter knows where you’re going and what you’re doing.
Thanks for the video! I usually just use the "flop into the ground" exit haha. Definitely will try to learn those
Same 😂
Hope this helps💜☺️
