This is amazing, my wrist and forearm is not strong enough so I can’t do it aerial from lifting myself arm, but the transition from sitting position is by far the best tip! Thank you thank you!

Oh my gosh. I've been stuck with this trick for MONTHS. At first it was lack of strength, but now I'm definitely strong enough and just couldn't get it without discomfort in my wrists. This is the first time someone has told me I need to actually actively push my leg into the pole and I'm now not getting pain through my bottom arm. I cannot thank you enough. 🥹❤️

One thing I've never understood is how to push my leg into the pole. If I push, I find that it just pushes my body away from the pole, or that it doesn't push hard enough (or have any grip) to help me. Is there something that opposes this leg, so that you have more grip? Are you pushing your leg in and using your hip or belly against it?
Love your tips, this is very helpful!

Hi Anete! Thanks for your videos. Your explanations are great and they really help. I wanted to ask if it is possible to have a video of a pencil + inverse trick? What I mean is when you first do a pencil and then on a spinning pole you do an inverse. Thanks in advance.

In my opionio static pole is better to start with, but eventually its better to practice both :)
