Good video. It looks great and apparently stopped a lot of the squeaks but what about overall sound absorption and heat from the sun? Does it seem quieter inside now? And a little cooler temps?
Thank you. It does help absorb the noise and stop the squeaks and rattles. It also helps reduce the heat that would transfer through the roof. I think it was definitely worth doing.
That looks fantastic. I'm doing that on my ranger crew next week. Thank you for this video. Good job on the video also.
Thank you. It really is an easy upgrade to do.
Like that room…super cool
Nice install, it looks way better with it 👍🏼
Looks nice!
Thank you.

👌
What size roll did you end up going with?
I believe I went with the 94”x 47” roll. I didn’t have much leftover when I was done.
Did the mat already have adhesive on it or did you just use the glue to make sure it stuck good. Mine had adhesive on it so I just laid it on.
It had adhesive on the mat. I just wanted a little extra to make sure it didn’t fail out in the heat.
@@A5Off-Road I see 👍
You think it would stick to plastic? Did it stay stuck in the heat on the roof from the sun. Looks killer
It has stayed stuck really good. It should stick to plastic as well. I did add spray adhesive as well as the sticky backing and it is doing great.
What kind of adhesive spray did you use?
CRC Spray Adhesive. I think I got it from Harbor Freight.
Would have been nice to see a before pic.
Ya, I missed the before shot. Just picture it all black and that’s what it looked like before. 😬
Is it water proof an it was boat decking
Yes it is boat decking and it is water proof.
