I really like how you mention the little details - like lifting the ribs up instead of hanging through in the side position - at just the right moments! This deepens my awareness of my body every time and makes the practice so rich. Thank you!
I found this one super challenging… my shoulders did not like holding me up for that long but I did my best to push through. Is there any way to modify the side positions to relieve a bit of that burden?
