This practice is one of the best I have done. It releases stiffness in the two areas most prone to holding stress- hips and shoulders. Paula does it in a very gentle way and still the repetition allows for the body to check in and release. This is now a must in my weekly practice. Thank you Paula for all you do. Namasté
This was really beautiful but also challenging for me, in a way. Although at the beginning you clearly stated "There's no right or wrong here" i found myself constantly worrying if i was doing things properly or wasting my time, rather. I'm sorry to notice that I'm approaching the practice with an utilitarian attitude rather than with curiosity and the joy of movement. I hope it'll change. Thank you so much 💓
