Ingredients :
All purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups (165 grams)
Sugar : 3/4 cup(150 grams) blend into powder
Unsalted butter : 100 grams or 1/2 cup of oil
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1/4 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Baking soda : 1/2 tea spoon
Warm milk : 1/2 cup /125 ml
Unsour curd/yogurt : 1/2 cup/125 grams - Навчання та стиль
Note to everyone: Do not bake for 55-60 mins. 35-40 mins is enough.

Hi sis,i tried this method,but in my oven i preheat 180 degree for 10mts,and kept in bake mode,in 180 degree for 30 mts ,in middle i checked,it didn't bake,so kept again (over all 30 mts) only but it burnt down side,i kept in middle rack

Yes double the recipe and take 9 inch cake tin

Try baking strips on the outside of the tin. The outside of the cake is cooking faster than the middle and burning which is why the cake is doming and cracking
