Butter to oil conversion... 1/3 cup butter = 1/4 cup of oil+2 tablespoon !!! I tried and it's worked beautiful! !! And also I used gluten free flour 😃👍👍💙❤💚💛

But the best suggestion for gluten free sponge is a dacquoise sponge will mostly uses almond flour and a little bit of flour, just replace the flour with gluten free substitutes mentioned above
I just made it and its really soft n fluffy super tasty. I am not a fan of eggless vanilla /butter cakes but this recipe amazing. 😋 I reduced the condense milk to 120g instead. Very nice
Incredible! We tried this cake on a whim when we realized we have nothing sweet in the house at 1 am and a chaotically stocked fridge with no eggs, and WOW this is like the best thing ever. I added caramel syrup to the condensed milk since we didn’t have enough, and used caramel flavouring instead of vanilla, and it turned out to be one of the best cakes we’ve ever made, i can’t even describe it. If you’re reading this wondering wether you should make it - please do, you won’t regret it!

Chef has perfectly incorporated the technique of an egg genoise sponge. I have tried atleast 35 to 40 cakes since lockdown and my search got me to this beautiful preparation. Try it if you are looking for a basic sponge cake to make layered cakes. Follow the steps and measurements correctly. Whip the butter n condensed milk followed by sugar till 5 to 7 mins as mentioned. Thats how the magic happens. I dint hv condensed milk so used 140gms nestle dairy whitener and 25 mls of milk directly into whipped butter. Still worked amazingly. I baked at 170c for 40 mins. Ensure that maida or all purpose flour that you take is sifted first and then measured. Dont take tightly packed maida. Once again thank you so much Manjari ji.
Hi can you tell.me if powdered sugar is icing sugar? Where I live we call powderd sugar icing (used to decorated cakes etc) sugar which is different to regular brown sugar and white gramdulated sugar. Please and thanks
@@sexycspan1 yes it is nearly the same thing. Icing sugar is very fine milled sugar and some foreign brands mix 1 or 2 gram of cornflour to it. But for baking purpose you can use home ground powdered sugar.

I used ghee instead of butter . I also didn't have a hand mixer so I just used my normal whisk and whisked it for like 20-30 mins . It turned out amazing !! Thank you for the recipe . I make this cake only for all the occasions now . I came accross this video in September maybe (2020) and it was fab❤️
wow iv tried and tested alot of eggless cake receipes and this by far has been the best it cooked so well and was so easy to make i did however use self raising flour instead of plain and it came out extra fluffy and soft im yet to decorate it cant wait!
I used this recipe and it was great and delicious. I baked for 30 minutes because I used 8" tin, the batter was thinly spread. I let it cool inside the oven and the result was an amazing cake. Highly recommend this eggless sponge cake recipe
Hey I tried this recipe today but instead of butter I used refined oil n instead of maida I used wheat flour...it was tummmm...very spongey n tasty... earlier I tried wheat cake recipe from another channel...it was a super duper flop😅😅😅 ...but this recipe with wheat flour is excellent..... thank you so much for this excellent recipe...now I wl make cake with wheat flour only with your recipe

I'm not much of a buttery things lover And what do I do about the temperature as I have a convection microwave and I don't really know how to use it as I'm just 15 and it's my first time baking a cake...I don't see an option to set temperature on the microwave, that's why asking as you may know that...There's an option for deserts so should I just set it? Or do I need to make some changes in that too???

Perhaps you can omit the 2-3 spoons of sugar.
