    I'd love to see some more footage of your friend diving. That's so crazy watching him clean house with a 3 prong. He is a machine and so fluid in his motions. Very cool to watch.

    I learned a a three prong , people these days go out and buy a standard speargun straight up and miss out on learning those skills you get from a hand spear , great video , loved it 👊

      Completely agree. Everyone starts out with a freedive class and big gun and completely skip crucial steps.

    Any tips or drills for holding your breath longer and calming down for new divers. I’ve been a smoker for too long and I know I have a steeper curve for breath hold now but I’m determined. Is it appropriate to breathe out a little bit when you’re 15 feet or less from the surface on your way back up ?

  • @lookslikeit1151
    @lookslikeit1151 2 роки тому

    Cool nice place, FYI for you three prong, find a good place that you are comfortable with the pull of the rubber, then get some rope and rap it around the shaft were you feel good with the pull. Maybe two or three inches more for a bigger pull for like shooting Uluas or big Kumus or Uhus. When you find your hand placement rap it then black tape it and you will never have to worry about your hand slipping again....This is an old school way of diving in old Hawaii....Good luck
