    I dont own a JKU. But just love listening as I wrench on my rig. Todays task is install Handbrake on my CJ5.

    EVO does make great stuff. I personally chose to run others airbumps vs Kings. Also chose different spring rates. Ive had the F/R bolt on EVO C/O kits on my 11 JK for many, many years. It has been a great, reliable kit and I purchased the kits when first released by EVO. Also running EVOs bolt on longarm kits. The kits have seen the JK go through a few builds and currently still going strong after all these years. Current status is RJ60s and 40s. I will say EVOs install instructions and hardware (bolts and nuts) suck big. During my install alot of the hardware I made a few trips to hardware store for more appropriate sized stuff. Being a wrench the install wasn't bad, but a newbie thinking "bolt on" may be in for a headache with instructions.
    I'd also suggest skipping on the shock body grater coil separators and going with huge upgrade and rebuildable items like stuff from AGMs. Your shock bodies will thank you.

    Do you have any pics of the top of the right side tower that you modified to make it fit going to be doing this bolt on kit myself having insight is very helpful Thank you for the video 💯👍

    I’ve got 2 questions. 1) do you have any ideas or pictures of how you ran your break lines/ABS sensors? I am all done with the lift and am now having clearance issues with break lines and sensors getting in the way of both the tires and coils compressing. 2) are you using limit straps? If so what length and where did you install them? TIA for the info

    Had 2 questions what brand of heavy duty tall jack stands are you using and how did lift the jeep to put them under it I don't a hydraulic lift in your shop?

    Hello all right so I will be installing a king shark stage 3 kit in my jiu and I’m using new axles pro rock 60s , what I wanted to ask is do you have to let the nitrogen out of the bump stops and the shocks in order to do the install , where would I get nitrogen Refill .

      you don't have to, but it helps to fully bottom out your coilovers and bump stops so you know exactly where to set your bump stops at. you need the bump stops to fully bottom out just before the coilover does. you can get a nitrogen tank at any welding supply store. or if you take your jeep to a motorcycle shop they will likely have nitrogen to fill yup for you. just drive slowly and carefully when you have no nitrogen in your shocks.

    Hello. 1) What was your total install time? 2) Any reason why you did not install the rear kit on the same day? 3) Why did you choose EVO coilover rather than ORI's? 4) How is the system working out at this point?

      sorry for the long delay. for a novice in a home garage, you probably looking at a day for each of the front and rear. coilovers over ORI? I fond coilovers more easily adjustable with almost too many ways to adjust. ORIs have less adjustability, though I've seen friends do some of their own machining of internal ORI components to get the behavior they are looking for. The EVO spec is quite soft and provides a very comfortable on-road experience. if you want to bomb the desert you will need to replace the shim stacks for a firmer ride.

      Agree. I remember a forum post several years ago wherein the poster was having issues with the install. Evo responded with something like "Please call us if you have questions on how to install this *simple* kit." I've extensively worked on my Jeep (including rebuilding the engine myself) and I sometimes wonder whether or not I should just pay someone to install this kit rather than hassle with it.
