LGG Saturn is a good replacement for the zero. They have a pro version coming out near the end of the year which will have improved stitching and a more artisan like base that is also softer.
Agreed I was gonna recommend the saturn^ but the LGG venus is my personal favorite $30 pad. Hybrid surface closer to the otsu than anything and my copy has felt the same for nearly a year now

Everything else was harder to play (mcree, soldier, normal fps type heroes). So if you play something like valorant or CS, I would not recommend the strider. If you know you like fast mouse pads, then you can go for it. But as Boardzy said, I would go with the Venus instead. It's apparently less rough than the strider which is a plus.
I feel like the Deep blue performs better but the Red definitely feels better. I’ve put around 45 hours on the pad and can 100% feel the difference. Still a decent pad, though.

To me its no competition, the only thing the Apex Pro Mini has going for it is wireless at most- its overpriced and has less features than its competitor. 60HE all day every day. Rapid Trigger, 0.1mm actuation, Fully remapable keys - Analogue function. Better lubed switches and stabilizers vs Steelseries barely lubed (watch RandomFrankP's video, it sounded nasty) 3 layers of functions on the 60HE... Theres nothing really new about the apex mini imo and its just lazy on their part in response to the 60HE

I loved my old gsr-se but the humidty bullshit is why I went to artisans. I'll def cop this for old times sake now that they seem to have fixed that issue. I have to see how it compares to all my Arti pads.
@@Relaxsajo either is good. I use the zero soft mostly. Basically feels like a gr-se fresh out the box all the time bc its not coated and doesnt wear out. If you don't mind hair getting stuck in it, its basically all you need. Been using it since I got it and sold all my other artisans except my ostu v2 xsoft. Zero is the best jack of all trades pad, you really dont need anything more. But the gr-se rouge is finally the gr-se but without the humity issues.

Hien isn't a control pad. It's closer to the speed side but different in that its really low initial friction is what puts it there. A Hien with a slower sens would play great probably

Series one definitely no, there's nothing "pro" about it, same shape, same switches, same sensor, and it's over 100 dollars, it just underperfoms against viper v2 pro and gpx
Boardzy please review my new main mousepad: Pulsar Paraspeed. Even though the packaging is really bad making the mousepad itself coming out not flat to the desk (need to be ironed with some towel to protect) the quality of the surface itself is very very consistent for diagonal and horizontal tracking. It using a cordura for durability but it has more smaller pore makes it smooth to the skin. Its replacing my razer strider as I play better with it.
Would it be worth it to go from my Otsu V2 to a Venus? I mainly want a bigger pad and I love the Otsu but kinda want more stopping power. But if the difference isn’t too noticeable I think I’ll just stick it out with the artisan

i had the weirdest issue with mine, the more I swiped on it, the stickier it became. It was like it was generating static electricity, because when I tried to take my mouse off the pad after, it would have a noticeable stick to the pad + when I touched the mousefeet to my finger, I could hear a very faint popping noise. I'm not writing this pad off cuz the AC has been broken in my apartment for the past 5 days (its been at 85 degrees F) but I found it weird because my Vaxee PA was perfectly fine and I've never had an issue like this at all. I'm running a GPX w/ Corepads.

I got the Rouge and a FK1+-C. They’re not even broken in yet but it’s already the best control combo I’ve ever used. It’s SO good for CSGO and Val.

I haven't used the vaxee pa nor the rouge but based on what I've read online the PA is smoother but the rouge is humidity resistant unlike the PA

Try something firm/fast like a razer strider or lethalgaminggear venus. Other hybrid pads (besides aqua control) are good with glass too

That actually sounds like an issue due to the adhesive on your corepads but it is weird that it’s fine with the PA
