It never ceases to amaze me that Jordan is ridiculously specific about all aspects of his life (diet, exercise, grooming, etc) but his office is a disaster zone. :D
When in reality you are dealing with a gazillion things that come up ad-hoc the office does get a tad messy.
This is typical behaviour of analytical people i think.
Jordan seems really smart.
I struggle with hoarding tendencies, but I'm deep thinker too, I'm autistic and ADHD, so I get drained by life completely because of how intensely I feel everything as well as analyze everything, so no energy left to clean!

When conan walks in, Jordan greets him out of character, and once he sees the cameras he immediately switches
Jordan gets a little camera shy and goes deadpan when he's not passionately describing in detail.
I have no doubt that he really is like that at a restaurant or at home, just listen to the quality of information.
Conan said in an interview at oxford that Jordan is completely himself, but sometimes there's 10% added to his 'character' when Conan puts him on the spot

Julie deserves tons credit for cleaning - organizing Jordans’ space. In the sped up section, you can see her asking him about each item, before she takes it out the door. She is polite and doesn’t gang up on Jordan when Conan hilariously makes fun of him. Wtg Julie! Id hire ya cuz im a clutter freak like Jordan!

The lack of eye contact, flat affect, and rigid thinking style displayed when he responds to Conan are all classic signs of Asperger's. Naturally his logical style and ability to work with fixed clear goals make him an excellent producer.
I love their work chemistry with each other. Conan really loves and appreciates all his staff. I'd work for him in a second.

After the camera zoomed in on the label showing NBC, and then it showed Conan's face right after, I was almost expecting a tear to start streaming down his face, that would have made this extra hilarious, a perfectly timed moment. The sunlight does kinda make it look like his eyes were starting to tear up though.
I had a feeling that the only reason he left the room was to go punch something to let out some of the remaining and suppressed anger over the incident.

The beauty at this is that we are on Jordan’s side for most of the skit… his boss is a goofball and an annoyance… but then when Conan actually makes legitimate points about using a place of work to ship WINE (totally a misuse of office time and money) the tables kind of flip and it’s like “wait a minute … this IS bonkers that this producer has an italian restaurant in his office!”
One day Jordan is going to hire 100% authentic Italians for a restaurant and then tell them exactly how to make the food.

Really love that bit with Jordan and his eye contact thing. Watching all other remotes with him in it, Jordan avoids eye contact with almost everyone else but always goes straight up to look Conan head on. Really says a lot about the two.

I understand him a bit. I Had OCD (Atleast i so think) before when i was around 8. I didn't like anything unbalanced or something that was unsymmetrical. One case i remembered before was me getting mad at my father so bad that i broke some glass thing, for not putting the custom metal tag on the middle of the car. But after grade 3 My ODC stopped or rather lessen because of my VERY VERY bad hand writing.(And spelling)

I met a person in real life like that... so precise about what they wear, look n stuff but on the inside they're very insecure and missing something.. so they compensate on the outside like an urge
