@@Tonyhouse1168 I had managers that had hearts like Conan. Eventually I just couldn't cut it but they still offered to set me up with as much help as possible down the road and said I could always come back. It's a good world when there are leaders like that in it.

In all seriousness, it's really cool of Conan to show the relationship he has with his staff. They probably aren't worried about their jobs at all, which is something really special that Conan can do for them.
This comment is 3 weeks old?
His show just ended 2 days before this comment. A vast majority of his staff is not going to his next show. I feel since Sona is his assistant for ages she will stay.
He did take care of his staff during lockdown and such. Especially in the beginning I believe they still got paid a good chunk if not all their salaries. But his contract is over and he's finally walking away. Most of his staff has been with him for so long I imagine they won't be hurting for work.

-Hiring, arranging and organizing crew members and supervising production personnel
-Coordinating set construction, supervise lighting and sound plans
-Making sure that the video or audio segments are in the correct broadcast order
-Additional operational duties such as managing the budget, generating financial reports and status updates
-Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop stories and scripts and suggesting improvements

I would say that everyone in Team Coco is essential. They wouldn't have stayed with Conan for years, decades even, if they're not doing essential work. This is probably one of the best workplaces ever.
I revisit the Jordan Schlansky files often, but it never ceases to amaze me how somebody so serious works for a comedy show.

@@PlantingAshley It's not impossible. You're actually supposed to have very light yellow pee whether you have stones or not. I keep a water bottle around all the time and sip all day... and pee every hour.
@@billydavidcom unless you have a really small bladder every hour seems excessive and disruptive.
2 or 3 litres per day should be plenty. 15 like Jordan says is crazy.

Drinking lots of water is good, but peeing once an hour isn't normal, according to medics worldwide is it?
