I have a 17/18 year old chihuahua who had her first seizure a few days ago. I’ve always made homemade food for her but I often worry I’m not doing good enough. The usual base for her food involves, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, yellow carrot, bell pepper, (sometimes mushrooms) and either rolled oats or quinoa. And I switch between salmon or chicken and rarely beef. (But yes to beef stock that’s been homemade) Since she has had a scare of pancreatitis before (she got into the garbage husband left out smh)
I also sometimes add fruits like apple or blueberries etc.. all these ingredients are organic.
I’m trying my best. And looking for answers everywhere.. glad to have found your channel. I recently bought her some organic vitamins and fish oils as well. And probiotics/prebiotics because the medication was wrecking havoc on her tummy. Thank you ❤

4 giant Newfoundland Leonberger girls in the house. I was paying £250 on half good dry food. This was an awful waste of money. Thanks to bulk buying, shopping around and your channel, for the exact same money, my dogs eat like queens 🎉 everything from online butchers, and veg bulk buy, all human quality food 🤯🥳❤️

If my little dog suffers from early signs of arthritis, can I give fresh fish daily along with other meats, or is that too much?

I have 2 small dogs. A mellow Shitzu/poodle mix 8.5 lbs 11 years old and an active Jack Russell/chihuahua mix 8 lbs 6 years old. How much calcium should I be giving them when I prefer giving a calcium supplement instead of bones???
A German shepherd we had years ago had a chicken bone go up thru the roof of her mouth and into her eye cavity requiring surgery. I know it was a freak accident but still have a fear of giving bones to the dogs.
Thank you for the fantastic & informative videos ❤

Hey there, 1.5g per 2lbs of food. Around that mark, doesn't need to be exact, but don't go under 1g per 2lbs.

Very informative video, thank you! My dog has been having joint issues recently. Would you recommend combining kibble and this recipe 50/50 to help him? Or would other ingredients need to be added as well

Hi, I have a question, I have a dog with a back hernia, that is causing some movement limitation in his back legs. Do you have any recipe that can help me, reduce the hernia, or inflammation, so he can feel a little bit better? I will like to try it all, before any type of surgery. Thanks

    Hi,
I have a 16 week old Biewer Terrier and my breeder told me to ONLY to give her puppy kibble. If given cooked meat, he was adamant the puppy should just get it sparsely because of the breeds sensitive stomach. I have been looking at your videos for months and planned to use this diet for my puppy, but now I'm unsure. Is it true she can only eat kibble and not transfer to homemade food? I want the best for her, but I'm afraid it will upset her stomach😢
Your videos are so helpful and my senior dog will transfer to this diet ❤️

My dog loves carrot. I gave him it often for digestion, but my vet told me stop giving them post surgery because they’re too high in sugar and it will lead him to put on weight and I need to reduce his protein for the same reason?

You never say how much you feed your dog in one meal. I have a big German shepherd and am wanting to change to this food. How much should I feed him if I am changing to one meal a day?

Something apart from the BARF feed that helped my male dog from degenerating quick 4 years after I neutered him was small doses of testosterone in the buttock :D. I feed lots of raw fish.
