      Same here. I deal with bulging disk everyday and on the first try doing this it felt like the disk problems just disappeared and the whole torso, mid and core felt awesome!

    I found your channel by looking up how to build strength in your ankles and feet. I'm rehabbing from a ankle fracture in July; long story short, you have helped me tremendously; your peace and vibe is contagious and the movement is AMAZING; my whole body is being rehabbed let alone my ankle! Continued peace and light to you brother; your knowledge and instruction are a true blessing in the chaos of social media.

    I definitely need this! I will try to remember to start my mornings with this stretch! The previous video you posted has helped tremendously! I don't have shoulder pains, but they feel weird sometimes during shoulder presses. I think this will help. Strangely enough, doing Farmer's Walks has helped, too.

    Nice video will implement those in my rest days! I feel my shoulder is getting away from that rounded position, which is causing some knots/irritatig feeling in my thorasic spine because of it. But I see it as positive "pain"!

    Hey, thanks for sharing this, spine mobility is nothing new but I like the explanation you provide and it all seems to make a lot of sense. The challenge I have is that I am very bad at consistency. How often should we be stretching to start seeing improvements ?

    • @Strengthside
      @Strengthside  7 років тому +2

      It's very individual. If you are really stiff, higher frequency can be good. I'd say 3-5 days a week can be good for most people!
