That's wonderful! I used to get stressed because I 'had' to work out, but when I stopped forcing myself and did it when I /wanted/ to work out, I really enjoyed it and it even gave me energy. We often encounter problems on our way, but when we overcome them, we grow and we can be proud of what we've achieved. You got this!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my hip of the leg that's on the floor (not the leg that's moving up in the air) is the one that hurts. It's getting really irritated, but the leg that's doing all the butt work (lol) is doing fine. BTW, LOVE YOUR VIDS.
I found that keeping your core tight and arms stable help! Sometimes your body starts to lean around and the other muscles are compensating , so you want to keep that 90 degree angle in the leg that’s on the floor too.. If you have a mirror maybe look to see your starting position. It needs to kind of look like a square with your thighs and arms being the sides & your stomach the top of the square. I hope that makes sense!

Heya, that pain and burn usually occurs if your body weight is leaning too far to one side. Even if you look down regularly at your leg, make sure it's dead centre underneath the (rested hip joint.) Hope this makes sense x
Dear Juliana and Mark! If you're looking for ideas for a full-length program that you usually release in the end of the year, could you please create an area-specific program for lean and flexible lower body? It's the most problematic area for me and maybe other followers of yours. It's also a difficult area to achieve results without a gradual and constant effort over a long period of time. Thank you!
I was recently thinking about making the same request...the 10 day lower body and booty challenges just aren't enough. I would love to have a 4, 8 or even 12 week program with lots of challenging (also duration wise, i.e. 45-60 min.) and most of all different Yoga/Pilates style lower body and booty workouts to keep it interesting and to keep the body guessing. I would love to have a program like that 😍
Both are really great suggestions. MY wish and suggestion for a longer program (or additional layer), is a more in depth focus on PROPER ANATOMICAL ALIGNMENT during each and every pose that we do. What I propose is concrete guidance and alignment pointers and a deeper attention given to the proper placement of ALL body parts in any given pose, (especially also the parts of the body NOT being primarily addressed in a specific pose). So like a check list or a body alignment scan during the asana.
I personally find it so easy to forget to remember :-) to also keep my focus on the parts of my body NOT being primarily addressed in a given pose. I’m so occupied with following Julianas instructions, that I tend to loose myself into WHAT to do and as a consequence of that, I drift away from HOW to do the pose anatomically right.
I’d much prefer to do less poses and instead give more time in each video to dig deep into each pose and being constantly reminded, while moving through them, HOW to do them right.

Very effective workout ! I have been practicing your yoga practice for half a year . Lately I wanna increase my core strength and I started with your Pilates practice . @@loictag4794 hi , I don’t , but I have to be honest I usually eat less at nighttime because I could easily have bloating after eating too much so it could affect my sleep. But I eat normally in daytime. Hope it helps you. I did feel painful the first week I did this exercise but I felt much better once the muscles got used to it

I have been a patreon for a very long time also have been doing BOHO complete program religiously daily. Unfortunately, due to chronic injuries, I have to stop for at least a year to recover - cannot twist and rotate. This 10 min exercise is good but it has twist and rotation. Do you have any 10 minutes exercises to maintain my tummy/abs (no oblique exercise for now sigh), butt, arms, and thighs strengths without twisting or rotating? Blessings to you and loved one. I'm 60 and can't hold a plank long let alone alternate kicks! Is it okay to drop the knees and still alternate kicks or does that not activate the right muscles?

What tips do you have for preventing knees from hurting? They hurt when I’m in splits, low/high lunges, squats etc. I was a gymnast and dancer growing up but no damage done to them and I’m only 23
I have the same problem. It hurts in splits . Like the pressure on the knee cap just really hurts. I was a dancer too. Nothing wrong with my knees that I otherwise know of. So if you find an answer let me know!
