Can we give HOD information in the place of registrar’s information as they are insisting this detail for degree verification only?

Would you kindly explain this point to me.
In the application guidelines, there is a section requesting "Degree Verification information / University Registrar's information." As someone who has already graduated and holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, I am not sure if this requirement applies to applicants who are enrolled in universities right now, or if it also applies to those who graduated?
Provide that of the current registrar even if you no longer attend the school. It's a must you have to provide that information.

I'm sorry to hear that. But don't give up, Keep trying other universities in Korea. This university is also among the top science and technology institute in Korea like kaist.
What is matriculation fee
Just google matriculation fees and you will have a detailed explanation. I can't explain here. It's fees that is paid to confirm that you are now a student of a particular university to put it simply.
Matriculation fee is necessary??? Can you explain that??
You must pay it if you don't get a recommendation letter from your head of department or your school dean.

I can't tell you for sure. But for you to be considered the fee waiver you should get it from your HOD or Dean.
