Sir please what is the minimum age for a gks u, it only talks about maximum age in the guidelines and i have seen even 17 years old get the scholarship

Yes there's no minimum age but you must have graduated from high school or are about to graduate and you should graduate before the month of December runs out this year. That is why 17years can apply and succeed.

As long as there secondary and high school documents to show that you completed those circles of studies that's find and that is through your high school graduation certificate or expected graduation certificate and transcripts.

As long as the 15 years old has completed secondary and high school they are eligible for application. If they will graduate from high school before December runs out this year they can also apply.

That is a minor, there's a minimum and maximum age. You should read the application guideline document.
