No there isn't. But if you have a higher Korean language topik you will get a full scholarship to do and undergraduate. Question why would they give you a scholarship for Korean language when you might find learning the language difficult and abandon your studies based on their past experiences? On the contrary if you can learn the language in your country it makes sense for them to offer you a scholarship to go perfect your language skills and then easily adapt to your new environment. Makes sense right?
