@@ClassicRides I has to do with how motorcycle riding has been key to restoring part of my mental health. I guess that’s very hard to portray through video. In any case, congrats on your quality videos and I hope ti see more soon! 😉
Stunning once again. Every shot is a perfect composition. I woke up this AM, watched your clip, and now ready to roll out for a few hour ride in the country side of North Carolina here across the pond. Thank you again for endless inspiration. Stay safe and be well! Steve
Buenas, genial video,me encanta la paz que transmite la tranquilidad, creo que con este vídeo has vuelto a tus orígenes bajo mi punto de vista, como siempre un placer,un saludo desde España.
After seeing your bike, I became interested in Triumph. The colors and customization are calm and nice. It feels like an adult calm bike. I'm riding Kawasaki's old bike Mach 3, but I wanted to calm down and switch to this bike. I'm looking forward to your video in the future. From Tokyo, Japan
Thank you 🙏 It’s a very lovely bike to ride, I’m sure you’d find it very different to your Mach 3. It’s still very fast if you want it to be, but it’s also great for just riding slowly through the countryside.
Really nice work! This is what you do best. Don’t change👌🏻👌🏻 . I love your channel , especially because I ride a 2013 Triumph Bonnieville. Great scenery. Very relaxing to watch. 😎
hello Mat, I hope you are very well like all your followers and inhabitants of your country, I know there is a major heat wave that has them sick. big hug and that everything happens soon
Hi Julian, thank you for the well wishes! We’ve had a few hot days, but we’re past the worst of it now I think. I hope the temperature where you are is more reasonable 🙏
hello Mat, what a sunrise, or you woke up very early or they slept until very late there, you didn't meet anyone on the route, haha, thanks for showing us that beautiful motorcycle and country... big hug for you and your community and that end the weekend very well. good routes
Wow Matt - pointing the camera into the early morning sun, shallow depth of field and fixed focus which the bike rides out of, multiple camera set-ups for the coffee scene, slow-mo (or was that my internet connection).... I salute your ambition. Possibly your best work yet!
Thanks Simon, I hope I’m improving a bit each time I make one. I’ve been a professional photographer for 10 years, but videography is a whole new ball game for me, but good to know that it’s coming along a bit :)
Glad you liked the video Andy. I’m hoping to have a few more of the panniers back in stock next week, if you pop your email address in on the website shop page for the panniers (try adding one to your basket and it should ask you to join a waitlist) I’ll email you as soon as they get in 👍
Sorry to hear your travel plans have been postponed, it’s a strange time we all live in. Tregaron is a little far south in Wales for me to visit normally, although I may make it part of a longer trip to the Brecon Beacons, so who knows, it may show up at some point in one of my videos!
Beautiful photography.....what's with the number plate are you back with the silver on black....did the feds make you change to black on yellow at some point? 😊
I’ve not had any problems, yet. I put the yellow plate on initially to do a Bikesafe day, then I left it on to do the NC500 as it’d have annoyed me to get the trip ruined by getting stopped for it. Now I’m just zipping around my local areas the b&w is back on, it just looks so much nicer.
@@ClassicRides it looks way better....that pre 1971 rule is cobblers these days as anpr can read anything.....it'd take an anal cop to stop you (says me the retired cop)....keep it on pal 👍
@@ClassicRides I'm sure it is tricky! The Classic Motorcycle channel had the new BSA Gold Star's first start-up at Goodwood and the camera mic they used made it sound broken, all the bass was missing. They had another version of the audio and were able to redo it. At least your engine note sounded like it should!
@@gerryjamesedwards1227 yeah I saw that, it really didn’t sound good at all. My problem is wind noise over 30mph, it just wipes out the engine noise. And there’s also an editing issue because of the way I do my videos, it becomes very complicated to get the right audio matched with the right clip. I’m always trying different ways to do it, one day I’ll work something out!
That was fun to see! And a great ride for you ! I would like to get the speedmaster out and go for a ride like that but gas the way it is here, it takes the fun out of the ride when you pay two times as much for a tank of gas and only get 3/4 of gas mileage you got a year a go. Do to bad gas.
Yes we’re having bad fuel forced on us too, luckily we can still get the good stuff for a little while longer! It’s not too cheap here either, silly prices these days.
So glad you liked it! 🙏 It wasn’t a castle, it was a large Manor House that dates back to the 18th Century. The grounds of the house were originally used to keep and hunt deer, but it’s now a cattle & sheep farm. Thank you for the words to stay safe, they’re very kind, it’s a nice thing to say and I hope you stay safe riding too.
Another amazing video Matt, I have a confession to make, I’ve just sold my Bonnie after a year with a tear in my eye but bought a Tiger GT Pro, would love to have both but not practical, thanks for the T shirt, any plans to do them in red? Keep up the good work.
Thanks Les! Shame your Bonnie’s gone, but I’m sure you made the right decision for you and got something you’ll enjoy more. I’ll see if I can get a T-shirt done in red for you, so I’ll let you know as soon as the printers give me an idea on how long it’ll take.
Thanks Matt, yes the Bonnie was always my poster bike so glad I’ve owned 1, but my needs have changed since getting it. This is my 4th Triumph so I am a bit of a fan of them.
Hi Alistair, I do in fact have the Up & Over risers on. I really like them actually, it’s not a massive difference but for me it just took out a bit of the lean forward, so my back doesn’t hurt quite so much after a long ride. They’re very easy to fit, just a couple of bolts to undo.
Well, one wouldn't want to just assume the identity of my numberplate; but as of yet, plod hasn't pulled me to check. Although I'm sure the day is coming.
Beautifully Composed shots! Your videos encapsulated 85% of what motorcycling is for me!
Thanks 🙏 Very intrigued, what’s the other 15%?

Great filming as usual Matt. I loved the light levels and sun bursts. Beautiful scenery and empty roads. A perfect ride.
Thanks Carl, nice light and empty roads are the payoff for getting up a 3.30am 😁
Marvellous as usual

Beautifully shot! The music suited it too. I think you could have more of the engine noise mixed in with it, though, just quietly in the background.
Thanks Gerry, I’d like to have more engine noise in it too, you’d be surprised how hard it is to do though.

Hi, great videos, can I ask what brand of engine guards do you have? Cheers
Hi bought them from eBay so there isn’t a brand I’m afraid. They’re just copies of Triumph’s dresser bars.
