Eating is the hard pet for me or was, as I would eat 6-8 times a day. Eggs/rice or oats , sauerkraut, fish/rice, chix /rice etc, and I lost weight and I’m 54 with a great physique, sometimes it’s soo bland so I look for what people add, I love Garamond Marsala spices too
You eat very well. Many of the food videos I watch are loaded with fat. The only thing I would say is to use more water when boiling pasta. I am Italian. Sorry

I know this question was for Richard, but for building glutes I’d highly recommend these exercises: hip thrusts/KAS glute bridges, Romanian deadlifts, single leg Romanian deadlifts, cable kickbacks, sumo/wide stance squats, hyperextensions 😊
