Yes, parking spaces. and what these 3 have in common is that they will eventually be scarce! So going back to the fundamental concept in economics - if the supplies become scarce, their prices increase.

Most 1BR unit owner sa condo can EASILY afford a car, but most of them can't afford to buy a parking space(parking spaces are MORE expensive than starter cars). With that, most likely from time to time, they would need a parking space. But, that's just my opinion..

Thank you for your video! Is is normal for condo parking to not have a title? They only have Certificate of Ownership which they sell without DOAS but a Deed of Assignment lang. Is that ok to buy?
