Again, from ordinary room to world class na makeover. Nakakainspire at iba talaga kapag maganda at maayos ang sanctuary ng tao. Nakakatanggal stress sa buong araw na ganap.

Sobrang nakaka inspire po while watching all your videos maam elle, me and my husband are both working for the church as a minister, so hndi maiiwasan na anytime or year pwde kaming malipat nang assignment or church, so kung lipat narin kami ng bahay, ang hirap mag adjust kac bago na nman lahat at wala narin akong masayadong idea kung ano nanamn gagawin sa bahay para maging presentable, all your videos gives me more ideas and also learnings kung pano gawin simple at maganda parin ang bahay o room.. It's almost perfect if not for my two concerns: 1. Pano linisin ang aircon na naka hidden sa panels and 2. Dining area parang na missed out. Maliit ang center table Niya as dining space🤔🥺

Love the makeover! My only concern is that the condensation from the a/c might affect the wiring for the lights? Also the maintenance for the a/c might affect it?

Nilagay nya po dun sa part ng video na yun na removable naman yung AC cover. Around 10:07 po.
@@naome02 san po banda? Binalikan ko video pero wala ako nakita dun kasi below the cover is pin lights na. Yung cover lang nakita ko is stripes to let the air flow. I saw this style in hotels but not sure how to removed it when cleaning the aircon hope she replies.

Removable naman daw po yung AC cover kaya hindi naman po siguro magkaka-problema sa regular maintenance nung AC.

@@nilobarbecho4088 removable sya. kung titingnan mabuti ung sa aircon, nakikita ung lines ung box sa tapat nun so pwede syang tanggalin. ung pagkakagawa nya ata parang air vent na detachable.

I am sure if the client wanted to have a dining table, miss elle uy would include it in the design. I am just wondering why the client opted not to have a customized transformable convertible dining table or its equivalent.
they specifically asked not to include a dining table☺ baka hindi mashado useful para sa son nila. teenager.. either sa sofa sa harap ng tv or sa desk 😁

It's not ideal to enclose the ac completely....leave the bottom side open to allow unhindered flow of air when it's on.
there's more than adequate space above below and side ng aircon. malayo yung casing sa mismong unit. :)
My sentiment also. Another thing is that, if the AC needs to be repaired then they have to remove that whole "box" thing?
sobrang concerned din ako sa AC kasi pag nasira naku sira din yung enclosure (imposible di yan pipiliting warakin). Tulo pa naman yung usual na sira ng inverter. Baka di niya mapapansin agad (kung tahimik yung tulo) hanggang magkamolds na lang yung kahoy. Tas tingin ko mag accumulate yung alikabok sa loob. kaya kada bubuksan yung jerkon, may kasamang alikabok din. So siguro yung accessibility nung appliance lang naman ang concern ko. may "doors" sana yung enclosure (kung total enclosure man yung nagawa).
Yes, Paano nalang pag nasira ang AC natin and ung maintenance ng AC, Sana if ever naoopen ung panel na nilagay nila sa front ng aircon, kahit ung side lang na yun para mamaintain pa din natin yung AC. Pero nice design Miss Elle Uy :)
