Ice Cream Sandwich Cake | No Bake Recipe | Simple and Easy Recipe!

- Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
Ice cream sandwiches (your flavor of choice)
1 (8 ounce) tub of whipped topping
Fudge and caramel sauce (or toppings of your choice)
Candy of your choice
Instructions
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Lay down ice cream sandwiches on top. You may need to cut your sandwiches to fit.
3. Spread on ½ the whipped topping.
4. Lay down more ice cream sandwiches.
5. Top with the rest of the whipped topping
6. Sprinkle chopped candy on top.
7. Freeze a few hours to harden
8. Drizzle fudge and caramel on top
9. Slice and serve.

Only way I could make this 1 is to make my own ice cream sandwiches , from a gluten free cake. Or brownie and then layer it and then use gluten free candies on top or I cant have it .Cos they dont make gluten free ice cream bars . I have looked in several grocery stores .And have found none .
There are a couple of gluten free ice cream sandwiches that I know of called GoodPop and Rebel. They are sold at Walmart and Kroger. I think FatBoy may also sell one too. I'm sure your homemade version would be much better anyway. Thanks so much for watching, Ruby! ~Andrea
The Wal-Mart where I live is really small and they dont carry any .And neither do the other stores where I live . So making it myself is easier . Urs looks really good but I cant have peanuts due to allergies .So would have to sub in almond butter cups and something else
