Being right arm dominant, man it feels like I can hit as hard as I want. It's an incredible feeling, and I feel it's going to be smoked before I even hit the ball. Keeps me from going over the top and manipulating the club with my hands. Great video.
"Hit" the ball with your right shoulder. Right arm will be forced to remain bent. Imagine a little club face on your right shoulder and try to hit the ball with it before the actual club face gets to it.

Thanks, read it years ago. I guess it would need the qualifier added that a golfer would also need to retain the correct tilt and spine angle as they do this so as not to come over the top?@@jchowngolf

Rt shoulder down
More appropriately it is the elbow. It is your (straight) front arm that guides you to the ball. The shoulder is simply following the lead of that front arm and the elbow staying relatively tight to the body. This forms the natural, correct arc of the swing and is both comfortable and easily repeatable.
