I stumbled across you by accident some time ago, no idea how the algorithm decided I needed to see your story but oh my god I'm glad it did ! I have no ties to the LGBQT community, but in your own gentle way Shaye you have taught me what it means to have the strength and bravery to be yourself, and Amanda has shown that love and acceptance is more than skin deep. And you both radiate a beautiful message, that love is love, full stop. In a society that automatically defaults to judgement and conditional love here you two are 'walking the talk' without even trying, just by being yourselves. I feel like I want to be friends with you, and believe me when I say I never feel that way about strangers online. Because, well, strangers online! If you ever decide to travel to the southern hemisphere, please come visit New Zealand. It works be my pleasure to take you sightseeing and show you around our beautiful country!
Your decorations are superior! I’m pretty that’s what you were aiming for! This video as well as the movie I believe will help many families have some much needed conversations! The humor between you all is so delightful ♥️
I was so excited when I saw this beautiful UA-cam story with the three of you. It touches my heart so deeply. It was just two years ago that I came out to myself being on the Queer spectrum. I too am an exmo and almost 64 years old. I love you guys so much.💕
Sean, I am so impressed with you for using critical thinking skills and independence at 12, and to choosing to swim against the current of the populous, and follow your own heart and soul in knowing that the Mormon church “wasn’t your jam”. How amazing are you! On a never Mormon level, I have a hard time understanding how anyone can belong to any organized religion that encourages families pulled apart because of LGBTQ+ community or any hate teaching propaganda, let alone, not allowing none members in “good standing” to not participate or if a woman remarries she has to chaos which husband to be sealed too for all eternity. That’s just cruel.
As an active member of the church who grew up in St. George, I just wanted to say thank you! Growing up I definitely felt the judgment (for other reasons) if so many in this community and the way people on the outside were treated and it always bothered me. My parents were always much more accepting about those who didn’t believe the same as us and my best friend in high school was not LDS. I’ve loved following your journey and as not only a member of the church but as a soon to be women’s health NP in the area, you are teaching me so much about love and acceptance and just embracing people for who they are. We could all use for love, kindness, and understanding and I see that from each of your videos! You guys are awesome. ❤
You rock Sean! Everyone needs a friend like you who accepts their friends through all of life's ups and downs. Scotts, I love you and the kids as always. Your decorations are fabulous too! My husband and I have friends and relatives in the LBGTQ+ community. and we believe that all of the Creator's children deserve love and respect.
Shaye, I know you mentioned being extra aware of your voice. Your voice is beautiful and feminine and oh so needed in this world. Thank you for talking.
My daughter came out to us and she lives in Utah. I am so glad to hear things are changing some in Utah. As a mom I worry about her being in Utah. But she is a tough, independent, caring. woman. Thanks for your videos!!
Friends that stick by us through all stages of life and versions of our selves are true friends...how lucky we are to have those people in our corner. ❤
I love you all so much: for being brave in sharing your story, for the family and friends who have accepted you and for the humor you bring to this topic! Making it ok to be curious and respectfully ask questions! Life is too short to hide the real you! When I saw the documentary with Will and Morgan a couple of weeks ago, I instantly thought of you! I consider it another giant step forward in acceptance!
So special to have friendships that endure through the years no matter what!! Also you guys definitely share the same sense of humour 😂💖 The end took me out 🤣🤣🤣
Believe me when I say this, I absouletly love these videos because it is important to share with others what you're going through. But and this is a gentle but, I really do miss the normal vlogs. Are the normal vlogs going to come back? If it's not then that's ok. I'm just wonering is all. :)
Great video. How long did it take to film the whole thing? More outtakes would be hilarious I’m sure. They seem like the best of friends, true friends, once in a lifetime friends.
I made it through all your videos and so happy you posted. Sean is the meaning of a true friend. Friendship is a gift, and Amanda is an amazing woman (and wife). So happy you have this in your life.
My boyfriend’s daughter transitioned a while ago. I have known him as a girl for years. I don’t have problems with it though I think he was very pretty as a girl. My boyfriend has a big problem with it. Having a daughter for 30 years and now just switching into calling him with the new name. I think parents of trans children haven’t got a lobby. They suffer and just have to deal with it. Around the same time my daughter came out gay. So we talk a lot about our children. But he definitely would need more help.
I tried to put myself in your best friend’s position should this situation should occur in my life. I decided that if we still had the same sense of humor, we’d be fine.
Hi, love your channel. Your content could be a bit more accessible if you included tone indicators...I feel like there is a ton of sarcasm and jokes but it can be hard for neurodivergent people to distinguish tone.

Petition for Will & Harper to do a part 2 with Shaye & Shawn, I feel like the humour would be off the charts.
Your decorations are superior! I’m pretty that’s what you were aiming for! This video as well as the movie I believe will help many families have some much needed conversations! The humor between you all is so delightful ♥️

What a beautiful friendship. This proves that there are good people in our world.
It happens in the Catholic church too…what an absolutely amazing friendship you all have
I had soft warm chocolate chip cookie insides the entire interview. This is wholesome family values.

I am not a basher but Shaye’s voice is NOT feminine! Please tell the truth!
Y’all are hilarious…any of us would feel fortunate to have a true, real friendship like the two of you have. 💞
My trans daughter didn’t have the same experience with their “best” friend. I am a different better person since Alyx’s transition!!

💚💜❤️
❤❤❤
Why you have a Christmas tree. Christmas in 2 months and half?
Are you going to hook Shawn up to hair replacements.Your hair looks beautiful.
“Bald is beautiful” is a popular term, & lots of bald guys are bald by choice.
@@liseklerekoper2441 It was a joke .An excuse to compliment.
@@teresagormley903 - Without facial expressions and voice inflection, some things get missed in digital communication. My apologies.
❤
I'm not interested in the Factor products, but Shawn's shirt. Autumny...
The Mormon church seems to be “exclusive” rather than “inclusive” and that’s the opposite of they preach.
Shaye's voice is getting higher and higher but Amanda's is lower and lower, did she catch it???
(jk❤)
Is shaye also autistic? I’m autistic and I just get the vibes from her.
