I do this kind of isolation exercises more or less everyday just to have fun at home but I didn't think of them as serious. Seeing you dedicate a whole video to them made me rethink about the value this habit has for improving my skills. Thanks

Thank you for sharing, this is exercise is truly important not only for the volume of the body movement but also for the health of knees. If top part of the body is too stiff, knees absorb rotational action and energy, which can also lead to knees problems. Happy dancing!

    Dear Kyryl,
There is incredibly unique exercise for the most important object of our life: feeling of body rhythm!
I hope that lot of us are going to understand that the "social/partner dance" can help to find this rhythm!
At the same time, as you wrote, you are emphasizing the proper, NATURAL (!!!) posture!
Your chanel is a great possibility to explain all secrets of life through social/partner dance!
    Thank you!

Tomislav, thank you! It means a lot to me to have your attention and appreciation. Your comments are aways deep and meaningful. Grateful for your thoughts and input. I don't know absolutely everything there is about dance, but I enjoy learning and always trying to expand. So, please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I can assist with - any questions are welcome - will do my best to accommodate.
