I haven’t even tried the POV mode! As long as the exposure and frame rate are right I find the Pocket 3 can get the rest right (even auto WB). Let me know how you go with the POV settings I will have a tweak before leaving for Japan next week
@@BokehTherapy that sounds interesting, I will play around and also have 1-2 pov shots planned for next week, if the sun comes out 😀 Trip to Japan sounds exciting, looking forward for your shots there! 😊
It's the TTArtisan 50mm f2 for full frame - image quality is great except for the vintage flare (which I actually love)! Comes in every mount pretty much, manual focus only though. I made an episode about it earlier in the year: ua-cam.com/video/yrsdDMjFNII/v-deo.html
I just try to film B-roll while I am travelling - same creative muscle as taking photos! The Pocket 3 really helps too - it is a great product to help photographers document our process
that's awesome, i'm thinking of picking one up for my asia trip in dec, better quality than my phone but much smaller in size than my mirrorless. thanks for this! great video! @@BokehTherapy
i'm trying to decide if getting the dji osmo pocket 3 or just using my cell phone to complement my mirrorless camera when travelling. What's your take or why did you consider this device over using your cell phone? easy to handle? 1" sensor? i'm curious, thanks!@@BokehTherapy
I don’t like shooting videos on the phone (photos OK) because it’s quite hard to move files to and from the computers. Also battery life while travelling is essential for a phone. The video footage from the latest iPhones is great though so you can try using that this time around before committing to another device. Hope tha helps!
Great video Jack, the story telling in each of your videos are awesome.
PS - the Reimagined 1's didn't go unnoticed lol
Haha the Easter egg! Thanks for watching, more to come this week hopefully
I got mine last week as an upgrade from my GoPro to film POV style videos.
Which setting do you use for POV, just the POV mode?

Haha yup, obligatory “what’s in my camera bag” video coming up ahead of the trip!
The little lens when it moves about reminds me of Wall-E the robot 😂
Yes it has a mind of its own, especially when it's tracking!
Another great story Jack. Keep it up!
Thanks Justin! More coming this week
Wow! This channel is great!
Thanks so much for watching! More content to come.
great episode - thx for the good input. may I ask which lense you have attached to your a7cr at 2.22? the little silver one. perfect size 👌

@@BokehTherapy thank you so much - watched that episode, bought the lense today. perfect fit. thx again🙏
Amazing! Yes it is a great way to get into manual focus. Happy shooting
great video, when traveling, how do you balance enjoying the moment, taking photos and taking videos?

Yes glad to help! Get the creator combo if it’s available? Great value with battery grip and wireless mic included

OSMO POCKET 3 is just too delicate my friend.
I have heard some issues with build quality - the gimbal makes me a bit nervous. Will report back after taking it on a full trip, hope it holds up!
Great storytelling in all your videos !!!!!!!
Thanks so much! I spend just as much time planning as filming and editing each video, glad to hear it comes across in the final product
Well that was enjoyable 👍🏻
Thanks so much! New video goes live later today
