In America our pork belly is smoked. Bacon. We LOOOVE bacon. I have always wondered what if it wasnt salted and smoked?? We eat it so much ONLY salted and smoked. What could we do with it!? Next time we order our hog I will be getting only half of the pork belly smoked. Pork belly Miso soup...never would have thought! Your channel is definitely expanding my food for thought. I don't usually freeze vegetables because I want to taste at their maximum flavor. Let me think about it.

There is no strict rules for making miso soups 🌟
You can use red or white, of even blending some.

No, you can't. Wakame doesn't have Umami profile.

Miso never tasted sour. Your miso must gone bad. DO NOT eat it.
Amy Liu mine sonetimes does the same thing, but it happens when i boil it too much! The exportes miso must taste different
