    Thank you for sharing how traditional Japanese food is made. I like the idea of the potato, onion and anchovies soup. Never tried before.

    what a great learning video for a caucasian like me living in Hawaii. I see so many Japanese ingredients in the store but don't know what to do with them. You have simplified and taken the terror out of my mind to try and make. I am forever grateful! Aloha, Paul from Big Island

    In America our pork belly is smoked. Bacon. We LOOOVE bacon. I have always wondered what if it wasnt salted and smoked?? We eat it so much ONLY salted and smoked. What could we do with it!? Next time we order our hog I will be getting only half of the pork belly smoked. Pork belly Miso soup...never would have thought! Your channel is definitely expanding my food for thought. Hi
    Nice vedio
    I have 2 questions
    1- What is the malt rice and how we can make it because I can't get it?
    2-Dose miso contain alcohol?

    • @kitchenprincessbamboo
      @kitchenprincessbamboo  4 роки тому +1

      1. I don't think you can. Here's a link for Koji
      www.amazon.com/dp/B00MHKRZ0Y/?ref=idea_lv_dp_ov_d&tag=aiponsite-20&linkCode=ic6&ascsubtag=amzn1.ideas.KCACWAEOM0SV
      2.It depends on the process. I don't think the alcohol is evaporate in cooking.
